I currently live in Burleson, Texas, a small up and coming town south of Fort Worth, with my wife and step daughter. I went to school in Burleson, where I developed a passion for playing the drums in middle school, and decide to continue that passion through high school.
When I graduated from high school and decided that I would continue my passion for playing drums and joined a band playing celtic music. I enjoyed my time with music very much. I realized after 3 years that this path wasn't going to get me very far in life. I decided to join the corporate work force and make a a better path for myself. I was never 100% satisfied with the corporate path that I was on. This is when I went on a mission to find my passion in life. I had a friend that had chosen to get into education, and he told me how he always enjoyed it. This is when I decided to see if education was the right thing for me. Once I got a job as teacher's aide six years ago I developed a passion to work with autistic, and emotionally challenged children. I am currently an employee at Mansfield High School. I work with highly functioning autistic children, and enjoying every minute of it. My job experience in this specialized field of education has prepared me for the path that I have chosen for my career in life. |
